The Pelco is an efficient, solid fuel fired, light industrial, hot water boiler. The Pelco is designed and manufactured to the highest professional standards with top quality workmanship.
The Pelco is engineered to automatically feed fuel and remove ash. The unique flue design offers more surface area to maximize heat transfer from the combustion chamber to the boiler. The flues and their self cleaning augers not only act to prevent the loss of heat but also act as an internal spark arrester.
Performance is further enhanced by the Pelco’s cylindrical frame, which eliminates any water pooling, substantially increasing the performance of the boiler.
The Pelco’s advanced design features an open system, reducing the risk of pressurization failures. This eliminates the need for costly certified pressure boiler installers and annual licensing requirements. In most cases, insurance premiums may be lower due to the open system design and its ability to be installed outside the prime building.
A standard feature of the Pelco is an exclusive computerized control system that manages all functions of the drive motors. The highly visible beacon indicates how the Pelco is operating by providing operation warnings and preventative maintenance indicators.
The Pelco has been successfully used in installations with forced-air systems, with the use of heat exchangers (radiator or coil) and can also be used with in-floor (hydronic) heating.
